Car Heaven Administration

The ARA administers the Car Heaven program in British Columbia.

Car Heaven is an initiative of the Clean Air Foundation, designed to reward and enable people to get their older, high-polluting cars permanently off the road. The Car Heaven program is currently undergoing changes. Car Heaven's GM incentive ($750 value) has ended as of 11:59 pm EST on December 31, 2008. GM coupons expire 90 days after they are issued.
